Hi, I'm Matt Kalbacher, a strength coach based in East Hampton, New York. With a focus on kettlebells and functional strength, my coaching philosophy is all about building strength that translates directly into the activities you love. Whether you're a youth athlete aiming to improve performance or someone looking to feel stronger for your daily pursuits, I design training programs to help you move better and perform at your best.

As a Youth Performance Specialist, I work with young athletes to enhance their athleticism, ensuring they develop a solid foundation that supports both sports performance and injury prevention. But it’s not all about the gym—I believe in the power of training to support your passions. Outside of coaching, I’m a surfer and snowboarder, and I understand the importance of training to improve those experiences.
