For those who prefer to train from home or are located out of town. I offer online coaching with a variety of programs, for all levels, all accessible through an easy-to-use app on your phone. Youth Athletic Performance

Using the proven Landmine University System to help young athletes—from beginners to Division 1 players—improve their strength, speed, and overall performance. Custom training programs focus on developing athleticism, injury prevention, and sport-specific strength. Surf Stronger

The Surf Stronger Program is an 8-week online training plan designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness—perfect for surfers and non-surfers alike. With three workouts per week, this program allows you to stay strong while still leaving time and energy to get a surf in. Combining my passions for surfing and strength training, it focuses on functional strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, helping you move better both in and out of the water. Whether you're a surfer or simply looking to improve your athleticism, this program is built to elevate your performance.
